Monitor network performance and end-to-end service quality for the whole networks including Radio Access Network 2G and 3G, Core, VAS, Transport and others. Maintain certain agreed level of Network performance, availability, accessibility, integrity and usability by monitoring, analyzing and reporting predefined Key Performance indicators (KPIs), measures and customer feedback.
Fonctions
1. Monitor, analyze and report network routes and links traffic, capacity, congestion and blockage status and recommend actions to concern parties
2. Prepare on demand, weekly, monthly reports on network KPIs
3. Prepare situation (ad hoc) reports on changes done on network or any promotions launched in order to appraise effects on the network
4. Define and maintain number of adequate KPIs, definitions, targets and thresholds with the participation of all concerned parties
5. Proper escalation and recommendation of corrective actions in case of quality degradation
6. Readiness of performance and traffic management tools/systems for existing and new network services
7. Provide historical analysis and forecasting of the network quality and resources capacity
8. Ensure the problems related to network quality, service degradation and capacity shortage are properly resolved, recommend and suggestion plan or escalate to the concerned parties on time
Qualifications Requises
• Degree in telecommunications/Computer science/ Electronics engineering
• Have at least 3 years of experience of the GSM Network architecture
