Fonctions
Assisting and organizing the Director’s Office
Making Hotel Arrangements and flight arrangements
Typing, shredding, filing, Copying, and scanning documents and correspondences for the Director.
Raising Purchase Orders and having them approved by the respective signees.
• Collate, edit and build presentations for monthly board meetings
• Diarize, minute and where appropriate follow through direct report and team meetings
• Manage relationships with other departments to secure assets / ensure smooth flow of information
• Input POs and track payments etc with suppliers
• Assist the Director in other key areas on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications Requises
• Secretarial diploma and/or business administration diploma
• 7 years experience in relevant field
Conditions particulières
• Executive assistant capability preferred
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command in writing and speaking English and French
• Strong organizational skills
• Expertise in MS PowerPoint, MSWord, MS Excel
• Project management skills
• Relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and ability to close/resolve issues successfully
