Introduction

To assist the Director in daily administrative activities


Fonctions

 Assisting and organizing the Director’s Office
 Making Hotel Arrangements and flight arrangements
 Typing, shredding, filing, Copying, and scanning documents and correspondences for the Director.
 Raising Purchase Orders and having them approved by the respective signees.
• Collate, edit and build presentations for monthly board meetings
• Diarize, minute and where appropriate follow through direct report and team meetings
• Manage relationships with other departments to secure assets / ensure smooth flow of information
• Input POs and track payments etc with suppliers
• Assist the Director in other key areas on an ad hoc basis



Qualifications Requises

• Secretarial diploma and/or business administration diploma
• 7 years experience in relevant field


Conditions particulières

• Executive assistant capability preferred
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command in writing and speaking English and French
• Strong organizational skills
• Expertise in MS PowerPoint, MSWord, MS Excel
• Project management skills
• Relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and ability to close/resolve issues successfully
