RESPONSABILITIES:
• Supervise and monitor to ensure continuous availability of donor funded pharmaceutical commodities, and related supplies including tests kits, and other products related to HIV/AIDS.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of Warehouse operations including clearance, receiving, inspection, testing, storage, registration and proper recording/documentation and distribution under optimal conditions.
• Participate in decision making and work plan setting
• Manage staff performance and collaborate with Human Resources on administrative issues.
• Will be responsible for analyzing and managing the supply side of the commodities in the warehouse.
• Other related task.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Diploma or at least 5 years warehouse management, of which of 2 years should have been spent in a senior management position in public health supplies management with relevant experience procurement and distribution.
2. Ability to handle several tasks at the same time.
3. Knowledge of appropriate methods for data analysis and reporting.
4. Demonstrate intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite applications including, Word, Excel, Power Point.
5. Ability to interact at high level with clients partners.
6. Ability to work in a team environment.
7. Ability to travel within Haiti.
8. Proficiency in French, English including speaking, reading and writing.
