GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The 2 Communications Officer are members of the Communications Team of the Project. As members of this team, they will be responsible for planning and implementing communications activities as part of the overall communications strategy of the project, in response to the Project and partners needs.

Qualifications Requises
QUALIFICATIONS
Priority will be given to all practical qualifications in the area of communications, particularly prior work and membership in a communications team;
A Baccalaureate Degree;
A Bachelors Degree in Communications or Related Subject with a minimum of 2 years of college;
Or a Combination of College or University Studies and Work Experience in the Area of Communications;
Additional Training related to Communications useful;
Fluency in spoken and written Haitian Creole and spoken and written French;
Fluency in Spoken English useful;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required;
EXPERIENCE
At least 1-2 years of experience working directly in the field of communications, video production, audio production, multi-media, animation, etc;
Prior experience working in a communications team essential;
Prior Experience working for an international NGO essential;
Prior Experience working in a USAID-funded project essential;
Ability to listen and interact with project partners;
Ability to provide outstanding customer service essential;
Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines;
Willingness to travel as much as required by the project;
Willingness and ability to work as a team;
Willingness and ability to learn from colleagues and others.
