Catholic Medical Mission Board, Inc., (CMMB), the leading faith-based global healthcare NGO, is expanding operations in Haiti to support new program opportunities. The organization has been involved with healthcare in Haiti for nearly 100 years. With offices in New York, Washington, D.C and field offices around the world CMMB is poised to add additional talented professionals to the existing staff in Port-Au-Prince.

The Accounting and Compliance Officer will support day to day accounting operations and grants compliance for a large funded HIV/AIDS care and treatment program. In addition to the above, the incumbent will support project sites by conducting relevant trainings in the field of program/finance compliance and will conduct systematic compliance reviews.

• University Degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing accounts and as compliance officer
• Knowledge of donor practices and USG accounting for grants and/or cooperative agreements (USAID/CDC).

• Attention to detail, and be able to perform multiple tasks, often under stressful work-situations/deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Fluency in French, Creole and English is required
