Introduction


Fonctions

1. Coordinate with CRRP Area Manager, area partners, relevant CRS technical advisors, and other international and local organizations working in the zone to ensure good lines of communication.
2. Work with area manager and technical livelihoods team, including the MUSO PLUS Program, Micro and Small Entrepreneurs Recovery and Development Program, Sustainable Recycling Solutions Program, Rubble to Recycling Program, and Cash for Work Program to develop an implementation plan for the zone’s livelihoods initiatives.
Take responsibility for implementation of the plans developed above.
3. Take lead on execution of assessments developed by Livelihoods technical team to identify local resources and market dynamics specific to the neighborhood.
4. Take lead on execution of monitoring and evaluation exercises developed by Livelihoods technical team to report on relevant indicators.
5. Propose new and innovative ways to address livelihoods challenges in neighborhood.
6. Facilitate communication concerning livelihoods initiatives in area.
7. Provide timely and high quality reports on progress and livelihoods indicators for the zone.
8. Provide daily supervision and support for Livelihoods animators working in the zone.
9. Represent all livelihoods activities in zone in weekly “community of practice” meeting.
10. Provide feedback on livelihoods programming, report problems, and propose possible solutions.
11. Ensure proper administrative policies are observed.
12. Support the area teams and participate in field missions.
13. Perform other administrative and technical duties as required


Qualifications Requises

1. Excellent communication, planning and organization skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
3. Demonstrated leadership abilities; expertise in community mobilization.
4. Capacity to manage several projects and staff concurrently.
5. Capacity to work independently and manage time responsibly.
6. Capacity to compile and analyze information and develop reports.
7. Capacity to represent CRS to external audiences.
8. Interest in job creation, micro enterprise, and economic development.
9. Experience with monitoring and evaluation.
10. Minimum of three years of field experience in development.
11. University degree in relevant field.
12. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet).
13. Team spirit, collegial attitude.

Must be fluent in French and Kreyol. Intermediate understanding of English is a plus
