Introduction

Responsible of providing daily analysis regarding the call center’s KPIs. It also involves providing critical reports on results regarding the analysis, detecting, measuring all issues surrounding the business.


Fonctions

• Analyze on a daily basis all data surrounding the centers activities.
• Draw and define daily reports highlighting the centers objectives (KPIs) based on analysis and delivered within the predefine timeline
• Provide daily and critical analysis report on trends highlighting issues and draw logical conclusion as to their causes.
• Identify actionable recommendations based on statically and analytical results
• Liaise with all key stakeholders to reconcile all the data sources to ensure reliability of the reports.
• Alert all necessary stakeholders regarding events that impacted or will impact our call center by maintaining proper communication channels
• Prepare and develop high quality presentations of analytical research
• Look for new business development plans and ideas surrounding CC’s KPIs.
• Prepare and develop any ad hoc CC related reports.


Qualifications Requises

• BS/BA Degree in Mathematics, statistics or any related or equivalent field.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power point required ( Access is a plus)
• Basic understanding of dynamic telecom routing structures required
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology
• Prior Business Analytics experience a strong plus
• Excellent Analytical and Quantitative skills required
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
