In March 2010, BRAC Haiti was established to reflect BRAC’s long term commitment to Haiti’s development. BRAC Haiti provides services in areas of youth and education, health care, permanent housing, social and economic empowerment, financial and enterprise development, agriculture and food security, as well as environmental sustainability and watershed management.

- Assess needs and problems of farmers;
- Plan, organize and implement poultry and livestock programs designed for farmers;
- Work with underprivileged people in rural areas to increase their capacity, production and income.

- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Medicine or Animal Production from recognized university;
- Fluent in Creole, French and English.

- Able to work in a team; innovative self-starter;
- Excellent community mobilization and training skills;
- Hold valid driving license for motor vehicles;
- Physically fit and able to travel extensively in rural conditions.
