Introduction

Responsible for ensuring that sales target is met through attracting new customers as well as retaining the existing assigned customers within the sector. She or he will work as a liaison between Customers and Digicel for good account management.


Fonctions

• Achieve monthly assigned sales targets.
• Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively
• Maintain relationship with customers.
• Maintain customer database
• Providing feedback on visits on a periodic basis.
• Update CCA with required customer details.
• Presenting and selling company services and products to new customers.
• Develop/Manage/Maintain relationship with Corporate customers
- Follow up and resolve complaints
- Ensure customer treatment is appropriate
- Continuous involvement in Corporate Social activity
• Assist in executing Corporate Sales individual channel strategy.
• Research & report on competitor activity.
• Manage/minimize churn and debtor exposure.
• Monitors competition and market conditions.
Any others assigned tasks


Qualifications Requises

• A diploma or degree in Business
• At least three years in sales or Sales support, preferably in Telecommunications and FMCG.

• Able to meet fixed deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
• Experience in developing sales strategies, tactics and performance metrics.
• Solid business acumen and ability to understand varied business models.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Capable of Maintaining relationship with customers
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Good Knowledge of local market and the telecoms technology.
• Have a car available and a valid driving license.
• Capable to travel in Provinces.
