Introduction

Voilà (formerly ComCEL), http://www.voila.ht, headquartered in Port-au-Prince, is a wireless communications development corporation in Haiti. Formed in 1997, ComCEL launched wireless service in Haiti in September 1999. In August 2005, ComCEL received a license to operate a nationwide GSM network that was launched using the Voilà brand on October 21st with nationwide coverage. Voilà now serves over eight hundred thousand customers from all economic segments across the nation. Its majority shareholder, Trilogy International Partners, based in Bellevue, Washington, has developed wireless telecommunications businesses throughout the world. The Trilogy portfolio currently comprises three operators in Bolivia (Nuevatel), the Dominican Republic (Centennial) and Haiti.


Fonctions

• Manage proper and timely implementation of kiosk program nation wide
• Meet deadlines and objectives given for kiosk roll out
• Build and maintain a data base of kiosk/location/pictures
• Build and run a permanent Kiosk Supervisor hiring program nation wide
• Manage/Train/Assist and Monitor Kiosk Supervisors
• Continuous training in product, sales and strategy
• Ensure proper coordination with city officials for kiosk placement
• Assign Agents to specific Points of Sale (Kiosks)
• Assist in the definition of cluster sales performance and objectives of kiosks
• Define goals per Kiosk, per Kiosk Supervisor and per Free Lancer.
• Performance monitoring
• Market monitoring
• Managing inventory of kiosks, kiosk equipment and marketing materials
• Responsible for ensuring that all sales are correctly processed
• Responsible for ensuring correct and timely payment of sales commissions
• Make recommendations for improvement to the Sales Director
• Perform any other task at the request of the immediate supervisor

Education/Experience

• Experience in Marketing, General Management or Sales Management
• Minimum 2 years sales (quota carrying) experience with progressive management experience (wireless telecommunications sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated training experience
• Good command of oral/written French, Creole and English
• Excellent presentation skills
• Basic Computer skills
