Fonctions

• 5+ years experience in HR / 3 of which as a Career Development Officer
• Ability to write and administer Career Development procedures, plans and budgets
• Ability to identify training and career development needs through job analysis and reviewing employees performance appraisals
• Strong knowledge and prior dealings with training institution nationally and internationally
• Ability to ensure all training activities and materials used to meet standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication and training skills


Qualifications Requises

• Fluent in French/Creole is a must / English is a plus
• B.A. – Business Administration, HRM or closely related field
