• 5+ years experience in HR / 3 of which as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter in a large company
• Ability to develop and/or revise recruitment policies and procedures
• Ability to implement and train Hiring Managers on recruitment process
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with advertisement channels nationally and internationally
• Proven skills and experience in head-hunting, i.e. candidate’s database, networking, cold calls, media, recruiting agencies, employee referrals, internet recruiting resources, industry contact, association memberships, technical schools, job fairs
• Strong knowledge and experience in conducting background/employment verification nationally and internationally
• Outstanding knowledge of Haiti’s Labor Law and past experience dealing with Affaire Sociale
• Experience with departmental staff budget and salary grids.
• Ability to conduct orientation for new employees
Qualifications Requises
• Fluent in French, Creole and English a must
• B.A. Degree – HR, Business, Physiology or Sociology
