Introduction

To support the Foundation team in managing its increasing portfolio of projects by providing excellent office management and also supporting marketing communications activities

To support the Foundation team in managing its increasing portfolio of projects by providing excellent office management


Fonctions

Office management – procurement and ensuring smooth functioning of the Foundation office
Marketing communications – supporting CEO with preparation of key materials such as quarterly newsletter, annual report, press releases
Keeping the Foundation website up to date
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for the Chairman and Chief Executive
Event management such as conferences or launches
Acting as MC at Foundation events such as school launches
Clerical duties including filing
Managing the project database, responding to proposals in a timely way, dealing with correspondence; liaise with applicants
Ordering materials for projects
Assist in preparing monthly board packs
Managing the Foundation’s photographic library
Keeping the Foundation press cuttings library
Assisting in event management such as conferences or launches


Qualifications Requises

Secretarial training
Good writing ability and English to French translation
Self-confidence and good presentation
Experience with websites an advantage
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
