Introduction
Provide Business Solutions to our Business Customers in a timely manner and appropriate after sales support.
Fonctions
As a Business Solutions Executive you will be working with Digicel Corporate Account Executives and internal departments to make sure our Digicel Business customer needs are satisfied.
- You will do constant follow up with concerned departments to make sure the Business solutions are delivered according to agreed timeline. Once a solution is delivered you will be the point of contact between Digicel and the customer, making sure the SLAs are followed for the best of Digicel and the Customer.
- You will have to meet with potential customers, get their requirements, work with concerned departments to design and propose Business solutions tailored to the customer specific needs.
- Document all activities that lead to a Business Solution in order to have a Database that may be used as reference in the future.
Qualifications Requises
* Graduate in computer science and/or telecommunication and electronics.
* Candidate for the position of Business Solutions Executive with the following technical skills:
IT, VANS or IP background is an advantage.
