International Resources Group (IRG) seeks candidates for Chief of Party for the anticipated USAID-funded “Production Plus” project, which will focus on increasing agricultural incomes and exports in Haiti’s Northern Corridor. The position will be based in Cap Haitien, Haiti. Candidates must be able to be considered, an must submit and English-language resume.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the project’s technical direction and provide management oversight for all activities
• Serve as the project’s key liaison to USAID and international, regional, and national partners and other donors
• Oversee project financial and administrative operations
• Supervise international and local personnel and subcontractors
• Ensure quality control and timeliness of all deliverables
Qualifications Requises
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience
• Chief of party or other senior management experience with USAID or other donor projects
• Experience in Haiti
• Fluency in English and French, working ability in Haitian Creole required
