Fonctions
To facilitate and monitor DRR programs in WV schools and out of school youth located in Tabarre and Croix des Bouquet. The role will assist to train teachers, students and out of school youth in DRR, coordinate and assist teachers to implement the DRR program in their schools and monitor, evaluate and report on the DRR activities conducted. The role will also assist to integrate and align DRR activities with other components of the REACHH grant, WV earthquake response activities, WV strategy and GoH DRR strategy.
Qualifications Requises
Background in Education
Report-writing skills
Fluency in French and Creole.
Strong team player
Comply with the organizations’ child protection policy and code of conduct
Experience in conduction training activities
Monitoring and evaluation skills.
Strong computer skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Conditions particulières
Group training and coordination experience at community as well government department level
Previous experience working in the Education system in Haiti
Working English skills
Previous experience working in an NGO
Background or working knowledge of Gender programming
