Fonctions

Purpose

To provide timely, pro-active and effective administrative support to HR Department with focus on the contracts and medical insurance coverage for national staff.


Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Ensure that all require documents are in place before establishing contracts.
2. Establish contracts and ensure that contracts, Code of Conduct and IT Acceptable Use Policy are duly signed.
3. Responsible for the monitoring, and timely reporting to the supervisors and the HR Coordinator or HR Delegate of the contracts expiration,
4. Ensure fair and qualitative end of contract process respecting legal requirements
5. Ensure the requests for extension of contracts are signed by all of the appropriate people, prepare the draft of contracts, extension etc……. , follow up and ensure appropriate and timely actions for renewals of contracts
6. Provide necessary documents to ensure recruited staff are on the payroll

7. Advice and assist other staff in the area of establishing of contracts, insurance coverage
8. Provide necessary informations and require documents to ensure that national staff and family members are properly insured
9. Provide national staff with insurance documents and cards
10. Do a follow up so that the national staff can be reimbursed the medical cost
11. To carry out any activity assigned by HR Team.


Qualifications Requises

EDUCATION:
University degree in Social Sciences / Business Administration,
Previous training in Human Resource Management

EXPERIENCE
Two years professional of experience in the field of Human Resource or administration management.
Experience in an international organizational desirable.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Advanced skills in computers (Windows, spreadsheets, wordprocessing,outlook)

LANGUAGES
Fluent in French and in English
