Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a Consultant for the role of Technical Supervisor, Santo Project - Haiti. This position will coordinate and oversee complex residential construction, from staff training to supervision, for a major grant-funded construction project. This individual will be based in Leogane, Haiti.

-Maîtrise nan ekri, epi pale anglè. compétences lang nan kreyòl ayisyen ou Fwansè fortement pwefere
-Expérience kap travay ak Habita pou imanite ou lòt òganizasyon ki pa gen pwefere
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
-2 to 5 years of related experience including complex construction implementation programs; experience with low-cost residential housing preferred
-At leats 2 years of supervisory and training experience, including ability to work with multi-cultural teams -International experience, including experience working in developing countries required; Experience with disaster response strongly preferred
-Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, ability to multi task and problem-solve
-Ability to develop new programs and operate effectively within unstable and difficult conditions
-Fluency in written and spoken English; language skills in Haitian Creole or French strongly preferred
-Experience working with Habitat for Humanity or other non-profit organization preferred
