Introduction

Fonctions

To supervise and lead the Dealer Affinity Activity to maximize their results and achieve the established sales goals
1. Achieve the sales goals of the Region through Affinity Dealerships.
2. Motivate and coach the Affinity Dealer Staff
3. Identify and produce new business opportunities for his/her sales team, and attend Affinity Events
4. Build and maintain a productive business pipeline
5. Supervise and control the appropriate use of company’s resources assigned to his/her department
6. Make sure that the sales reps comply with all the documentation and qualitative requirements that new sales must meet according to Credit and Collections and BackOffice in order to be processed
7. Coordinate training and merchandising for his/her sales team with the appropriate internal departments
8. Produce sales and other administrative reports


Qualifications Requises

• Education: College graduated in Business, Marketing, Economics or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7 to 10 years experience in sales. Preferably of services.
• 1 to 2 years of sales management and management of sales executives
• Computer skilled (MS Office)
• The Affinity Sales Supervisor will be able to:
o Motivate his/her sales force constantly
o Be discipline enough to set and follow up on day to day sales goals
o Define sales routes and geographical areas to cover with the sales team
o Create new business opportunities for his/her sales force by establishing relationships with top decision makers within their segment of the market
o Analyze sales activity, performance history, pipeline and propose “off-the-box” ideas to keep the business growing
o Supervise that all sales related paperwork (contract, requisition of service, etc.) is filled out properly
• And will have:
o High capacity to negotiate and a marked ability to close sales
o Highly able to identify an opportunity, pursue it and turn it into business for the company
o Ability to identify selected SORG’s buying cycle, its decision makers and create a sales strategy for them
