Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a Consultant for the role of Capacity Building and Training Specialist, Santo Project - Haiti. This position will increase the organization's future construction capacity through knowledge transfer and training related to a major grant-funded program. This individual will be based in Leogane, Haiti.

Key Duties include:

- Direct supervision of core homes construction;
- Ensure that all work is being done in accordance with work plan;
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Santo Site manager.

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that have measurable impact;
- Demonstrated knowledge of capacity building techniques;
- First rate facilitation and presentation skills, excellent overall communication skills.
