Qualifications Requises
- University degree on Engineering or Computer Science.
- Previous experience on VAS or IN area
Conditions particulières
- Knowledge and hands on experience with VAS services will be a bonus (USSD services, SMS, Voice mail etc)
- Strong knowledge of Solaris/UNIX/Linux OS and Oracle DB.
- Knowledge of scripting languages will be a bonus.
- Project Management experience will be a bonus.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English

- Create, update and maintain all network plans/diagrams related to platforms and interface platforms/technologies in cooperation with other NSS Groups.
- Participate in the implementation of new platforms and solutions that manages VAS services
- Participate in acceptance tests during the implementation of the platforms
