The Operations Manager based in Leogane, is responsible for coordination of daily operations at work site, where transitional shelters are constructed.

• Coordination, Communication and Reporting to CHF PAP management
• Coordination with Logistics Manager, and Shelter Manager
• Logistics, coordination of movements of trucks, tap-taps and CHF car and driver
• Safety and Security
• Daily supervision of warehouse team with technical support of PAP Logistics Manager
• Supervision of DASH nurse, and coordination of any medical emergency
• Responsibility for all HR issues, staff and contractors, and collection of time sheets of CHF employees, preparation of time sheets for any temporary manual labor, paper work of masons, carpenters
• Collaboration with the Admin/Finance Officer based in Petit Goave
• Liaison with Community Mobilizers

This is a senior national post and requires at least 5 years experience in project management, field management, and Operations ( Logistics, HR, procurement, IT).

The candidate must be fluent in French, Creole and English
