Introduction

As a member of the Management Team (MT) of Haiti, provide support to overall program/grants as well as expertise for planning projects within the Country Office (CO) portfolio.


Fonctions

1. Project Management and Grants Management:
• Play a lead role in annual work planning at the project and sub award level, contributing to the development of both annual workplan for the overall project and for sub agreements /amendments;
• Ensure that the projects within the country portfolio are implemented according to FHI’s policies and procedures as well as the rules and regulations of the donors.
2. Financial Planning and Monitoring:
• Support the development of the project’s annual budget, and contribute to the development and/or review of sub agreement /amendment budgets;
• Complete the quarterly pipeline tool to determine the quarterly burn rate and make projection about spending, and facilitate its analysis of financial reports with project staff members.
3. Project Documentation and Reporting:
• Serve as the link between Technical, financial and M&E teams to respond to a variety of programmatic/financial/contractual needs and requirements generated from the management team, headquarter, Haitian Government and/or donors- especially programmatic progress reports, CO fact sheets, and presentation on the portfolio;
• Responsible for the completion of all project’s progress and final reports;
• Contribute to the writing of articles for FHI web page and success stories.
4. Resource Development, allocation and tracking:
• Contributes to the development and monitors strategic plans, operational plans and business plans;
• Helps identify opportunities for strategic growth/diversification;
• Work with Administration and Finance to develop and maintain the CO’s program management systems and tools.


Qualifications Requises

MS/MA in public health or related field and 5-7 years relevant experience with international development programs
Or BS/BA in public health or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience with international development programs.


Conditions particulières

Ability to travel within Haiti.
