The Warehouse Assistant/Driver is responsible for assisting with various warehouse activities and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. This role requires a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities.
Fonctions
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items.
• Load and unload goods from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of delivery documents and obtain necessary signatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including organizing inventory shelves and disposing of packaging materials.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on company vehicles and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing warehouse and driving tasks
Qualifications Requises
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate in logistics and Inventory management
• Minimum two years of experience in logistics and inventory management.
