Introduction

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks including managing phone calls, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining files and records, and assisting with general office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Fonctions

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book conference rooms and set up equipment for meetings
- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents
- Assist in the coordination of special projects or events as needed. Any other tasks related to the position


Qualifications Requises

- Diploma in Secretariat or Administrative Assistance from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three years of proven professional experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
- Good organizational skills
- Good proficiency in both spoken and written French and English

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM- 4:00PM
