Position summary: Lead the national programmatic area, ensuring the implementation of projects aligned to the RFST (Resilience and Flourishing through Systems Transformation) model and budget execution, to fulfill the organization's value proposition.
Fonctions
• Integrate all managed projects into the RFST model, maintaining the focus and quality
of the program, maintaining close relationships with national offices (FH USA, Canada,
etc.).
• Contributes to developing Annual Work Plans in coordination with the Program Delivery
Manager rooted in contextual analysis.
• Ensure programing designs align with the intention of the program model and meet the
industry best practices.
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to improve the effectiveness of program
delivery.
• Establish a close inter-institutional relationship to share FH actions and interventions to
establish alliances.
• Represent Food for the Hungry program, in the absence of the CD, at meetings, events
and stakeholder gatherings, ensuring that key project messages are communicated
effectively.
• Projects the growth plan at the national level considering the needs and potential of the organization.
• Develops policies and procedures at a programmatic level that allow achieving
objectives and sustainability.
• Ensure fidelity of implementation, the collection of programmatic data
• Manages and leads the Specialist team (MERL, Technical Specialization) and supervises
short-term experts and consultants. Leads in these areas and is accountable for team
deliverables, as well as overall crosscutting team performance.
• Create learning and program knowledge for dissemination
• Analyze data to provide insights for program adaptation and evidence-based decision making.
• Ensure compliance with routine monitoring of projects in execution.
• Direct the implementation of the mid-term and final evaluation process, applying the
methodologies established by the global office.
• Design preventive-corrective action plans responding to the results obtained in the
evaluations.
• As part of the national management team, design the strategic planning of FH Haiti.
• Participate in the development of proposals to new donors by providing information
pertinent to their area.
• Design and Offers CD solutions for problem identification and rectification through programing solutions to transform systems.
Qualifications Requises
? University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
? Master’s degree in social project management, Social Development, Economics,
International Development, Finance, governance or similar.
? Minimum 7 years of experience in the field or equivalent combination of education and
experience
? Proven experience in budget management
? Verifiable experience in staff management
Additional Knowledge:
? Everything related to Microsoft applications
? Project Management
? Social and community development
? National development policies
Advanced Level: spoken, written, and read. Report writing, written and oral interaction with partners, donors, and members of the global office.

Conditions de travail
The Program Effectiveness Director will be based in the Central Office and will report to the CD. There will be frequent travel through Kenscoff, Belladere and Les Anglais.
