Papyrus S.A. is currently accepting applications for an innovative and experienced Content and
Training Development Lead, based in Port-au-Prince with multiple trips country wide. This role
will be responsible for developing engaging training content, designing and managing training
programs, conducting pre-talks and coordinating assessments, revieing CAP, and elaborating
and managing the training and other capacity strengthening initiative calendar. The ideal
candidate will be passionate about content development, skilled in training delivery, and adept
at event coordination.
The USAID-funded Civil Society Strengthening Program operates in five (5) sectors: agriculture,
education, health, democracy & governance, and water & sanitation. This position reports to
the Capacity Development Coordinator and supervises a cross-regional team.
The Content and Training Development Lead represents Papyrus and project teams, actively
embracing and living up to Papyrus’ principles and values in all interactions and
communications.
This position is full-time and based in Haiti and expected to travel regularly to in the different
cities of Haiti.


Fonctions

• Oversee, guide and collaborate with services providers (CD firms) and Coaches in
developing high-quality content for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) capacity
strengthening training, workshops, material and events
• Review CAP
• Compile and maintain a registry of nationwide CSOs using predetermined eligibility criteria
• Identify trends and emerging topics to ensure content remains relevant and impactful
• Contribute to the production of events collateral, including brochures, handouts, and
digital content
• Select appropriate training programs that meet CSOs needs and objectives and ensure
that the training needs are met
• Coordinate and manage the delivery of training sessions, both in-person and virtual
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
• Conduct and coordinate CSO organizational & administrative assessments for selected
CSOs
• Ensure all assessments output are documented and integrated into the training and
other capacity strengthening initiative planning process
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar, including training sessions,
workshops, and events
• Monitor and update the calendar regularly to reflect changes and additions.


Qualifications Requises

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Management and/or Administration, or a related field
• 5-year proven experience in a similar position
• Proven experience in content development of capacity strengthening and training
delivery
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with content creation tools and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package
• Strong technical report writing skills
• Fluency in French, Creole and English, both oral and written
• Solid knowledge of USAID and USG assistance-related regulations preferred
• General knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation.
