General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing company. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our cleaning services , managing a diverse team,and driving the company's growth and strategic goals.

-Poven experience in a managerial role,preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Financial acumen and experience managing budgets

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,ensuring high-quality service delivery to all clients.
-Manage and lead a team of cleaning professionals,administrative staff,and other personal.
-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with residential clients,business,governement entities,and NGOs.
-Monitor and manage the company's budget,financial performance,and resources.
-Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and service offerings.
-Ensure compliance with all revelant regulations and standards in the cleaning industry.
-Report to the board of directors on operational performance,challenges,and opportunities.
