- Creating a Master schedule, evaluating production capacity and monitoring
- Able negotiate price with production partners and keep informed customers on production status.
- Ensure overall quality and on time delivery to customers.
Very good understanding of the manufacturing Logistic to plan and maintain a constant flow of goods throughout manufacturing process is a must.
This position has direct reports to CEO and supervises, evaluates and reward subordinates and has great opportunity to grow

The Operations Manager must be excellent communication both in English and French/ Creole, with its Production Partners, Customers, etc.
