Introduction
He / She will be responsible to coordinate and overview the warehouse activities. He/she will also be responsible of the procurement process for the company by putting strategy to find cost-effective deals with suppliers
Fonctions
Warehouse
1. Supervise, control and auditing all inventories for spare parts, RAN/ FIBER, consumables, fuel, and tools
2. Follow up, control and auditing all projects receivables, deliveries, and tools
3. Control all expenditure related to shipping spares, helpers’ payment, accommodations, and transportation
4. Control all logistics transportations, shipping of spare parts, consumables for all projects
5. Control all return logistics SLA with field teams
6. Control and follow up for all receivables inventory, inbound and outbound deliveries, maintain, up to date data
7. Control, supervise all record spares parts, consumables data filing hard copies and scanned copies
8. Follow up spare’s delivery to field technicians' teams, stagnant spare parts red flagging
9. Plan and coordinate spare parts deliveries to field teams and stock spares
10. Coordinate emergency request by field operations, IMC ensure spare shipped in a timely manner
11. Work closely with ADM and Finance department, Operations Manager, Country Manager and Quality & Performance Manager
12. Perform spot audit on all regional warehouse
13. All other duties assigned by direct Supervisor
14. Prepare and share daily/weekly and monthly stockage briefings and reviews and share internally and with the customer or as directed
15. Participate in internal and customer reconciliation review meetings
Procurement
1. Look and set good relationship with supplier and initiate business and organization partnerships
2. Negotiate with external vendors to ensure advantageous terms
3. Review and approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
4. Prepare and finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
5. Set up contracts with vendors
6. Track and report functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
7. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarify the company specifications and expectations
8. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
9. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
Qualifications Requises
1. Proven working experience as Procurement Manager
2. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market
3. Talent in negotiations and networking
4. Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
5. Aptitude in decision making and working with numbers
6. Experience in collecting and analyzing data
7. Strong leadership capabilities
8. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
9. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory control
10. Proficient computer skills
11. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Available to work extended hours
