Fonctions

Data Analyst:
1. Utilize historical and other data collection to analyze and identify failure trends to provide relevant information that will facilitate informed decisions
2. Act as the Back Office single point of contact with Operations in matters related to escalation, resolution, and feedback on repeated failures activities
3. Escalate to Operations Supervisors issues that require team’s interventions
4. Follow up on escalations made to Operation and collect responses on escalated issues
5. Ensure Fauld resolution of escalated issues is fully and timely executed and that appropriate feedback on the actions made is reported back
6. Create and communicate daily maintenance plans
7. Update and manage information on live environment platforms and online management systems
8. Manage a Tracking Report as to log information and share reports when needed
9. Provide support to technical writing and editing when required
10. Develop analytic to identify trend lines across several data source within the unit
11. Proffer suggestion aimed at creating efficiency and streamlining operations related to handling Repetitive Failures trends
12. Undertake operational research to identify and recommend optimal/near-optimal solutions to complex cases


Qualifications Requises

1. Education: required to have a minimum of Associate Degre.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Statistics Mathematical or in a technical field is preferred
3. One year experience in handling operational analytics
4. May be required to work under tight schedules
5. Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments
6. Good knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis to provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis
7. Must be able to undertake in depth research, quantify the information and produce qualitative and quantitative reports
8. Be able to utilize data obtained from research to develop concise summaries targeted at decision points
9. Presentation skills: capacity of presenting findings clearly via reports an oral presentation to Senior Colleagues
10. Computer skills: advance excel skills with the ability to do pivot tables
11. Communication skills: need to have verbal and written communication skills to converse and collaborate with all levels of employees
12. Attention to details: errors in data applied for analysis can render conclusions or findings invalid. Therefore, it’s important that applicants to have the ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, factoring every piece that might alter the validity of data
