Introduction

Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB), the leading faith-based global healthcare NGO, is expanding operations in Haiti to support new program opportunities. CMMB is poised to add additional talented professionals to the existing staff in Port-Au-Prince. Currently, the organization seeks an Administrative Assistant for ALESIDA2's Project


Fonctions

• Assist the Director of the ALESIDA program
• Assist in the planning of all events, workshops and meetings of the project
• Serve as a resource for all logistics needs of the ALESIDA program
• Keep all the archives of the ALESIDA program (reports of travel, key communication with partners, etc.).
• Make hotel reservations for all team members of the ALESIDA program
• Purchase and distribution of office supplies / Sim card / USB Key to the different departments and CMMB Partners
• Keep the file for the input / output of the equipment
• Take Inventory of the warehouse twice a year and keep the inventory list up to date
• Take a monthly inventory of office equipment
• Deliver materials to CMMB partner offices located in Port-au-Prince and in the provinces
• Prepare Alesida‘s Partners contracts annually
• Give SIM cards and phones to new employees
• Pay phone bills


Qualifications Requises

• Training in professional management or related areas
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support. –
• Exceptionally organized and ability to work under pressure
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work with culturally and geographically diverse staff.
• Fully technology-literate (PC skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
• Fluency in English, French, and Creole.
