Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Program Director is responsible for designing the growth plan, maintaining the focus and impact of programs according to the country’s call and global strategies, ensuring alignment to the CFCT model.

? Bachelor's degree in Social Development, Medicine, Pedagogy, Administration, Engineering.
? Minimum 7 years of field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Verifiable experience in budget management.
? Verifiable experience in handling personnel under your supervision.
Language:
-Fluency in spoken and written French and English required; Spanish preferably.
