Fonctions

1. Perform CRS audits for Gildan plants and Contractors of the Caribbean Region. Prepare and implement corrective actions and reports
2. Provide trainings
3. Support contractors in Health and Safety issues, in collaboration with the Regional EHS team.
4. Oversee staff activities for the direct employees based in Haiti.
5. Coordinate the social responsibility interventions in the communities.
6. Conduct Compliance Audits of potential providers of Category A and elaborate reports for decision making in their selection process.
7. Oversee Human Resources Process for the local staff
8. Elaborate and management of budget


Qualifications Requises

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Administration or Law
2. Three years of proven experience in Human Resources, Social Responsibility or Health and Staff
3. Knowledge of Haitian labor law, health and safety and environmental standards, compliance audits methodologies, HR processes.
4. Internal / External Customer Orientation.
5. Speak and write English & Spanish fluently
7. Crisis Management
8. Negotiation Skills
9. Result Oriented
10. Highly organized and able to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at various levels across the organization
11. Microsoft office experience (Excel, Outlook, Word)
