Introduction
Project: Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) Haiti
Context: The Procurement and Supply Management Project is the primary means by which USAID:
1. Purchases and supplies health commodities on an uninterrupted basis.
2. Provides technical assistance to strengthen the health commodity supply chain in partner countries.
3.Collaborates with key stakeholders to support global health initiatives.

In Haiti, the USAID-GHSC-PSM office operates under the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)-funded task order and the USAID Mission to Haiti's Reproductive Health Program-funded task order to provide commodities and supply chain technical assistance.
Fonctions
Process Improvement Manager:
The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for engaging within the warehouse with warehouse operatives, officers, and management to execute and drive warehouse process transformation and ongoing process improvements. The Process Improvement Manager is also responsible for assisting in efforts to examine, analyze, and understand current business practices and processes to identify, design, and implement business process improvement; supporting the effort to explore, define, and implement new business practices and processes within all areas related to operations and stakeholder service as needed. This individual may serve as a project manager and lead for new initiatives. This role will be required to teach, coach, train (SOPs, use of WMS, reporting) and develop skills at all levels of the warehouse team.
Duties
• Responsible for writing, review, and strict adherence of Standard Operating Procedures in the warehouse
• Custodian of SOPs and continuously assists leadership in continuous training and adherence to SOPs.
• Executes and drives operations transformation initiatives and ongoing process improvements in the warehouse.
• Serves as part of the Warehouse Management team, leading and controlling operations in times of need.
• Provides change management assistance to ensure the warehouse sustains targeted performance levels.
• Provides ongoing support and testing of WMS
• May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Requises
Qualifications:
• University Degree in pharmacy, chemistry, supply chain management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working at a pharmaceutical products warehouse for at least 3 years.
• 3 years of experience in stock management and logistics management of pharmaceutical products in Haiti.
• Strong People Management skills
• A good knowledge of Word and Excel software.
• A good knowledge of Good Storage Practices.
• Attention to details
• Strong team building and motivation skills.
• Strong planning skills
• Be organized, meticulous, dynamic
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have good communication skills in French, Creole, and English.
