Introduction
Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB), the leading faith-based global healthcare NGO, is expanding operations in Haiti to support new program opportunities. CMMB is poised to add additional talented professionals to the existing staff in Port-Au-Prince. Currently, the organization seeks an executive Assistant.
Fonctions
• Assist CD with administrative duties as requested
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Preparing report
• Maintain/update the meeting calendar; keep duly informed participants in meetings about updates, changes, cancellations.
• Assist with logistics for seminars, workshops, and other events (request offers, rental equipment, and interpreters; copy, assemble and distribute packets for meetings; etc).
• Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation
• Performing office duties
• Provide general administrative support
Qualifications Requises
• Training in professional management or related areas
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support. –
• Exceptionally organized and ability to work under pressure
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills
• Ability to work with culturally and geographically diverse staff.
• Fully technology-literate (PC skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
• Fluency in English, French, and Creole.
