Introduction

He/She will be responsible to ensure the control of quality of the team and measure the performance of the Network, supervisors, technician and also control the consumable and spare parts.


Fonctions

1. Manage the back office team in order to plan Preventive Maintenance and quality of site
2. Manage and Control the quality team and identify on site the operation team
3. Highlight bad performers in the operation teams
4. Periodic report on network performance
5. Periodic report on snag, environment and bad situation of the sites
6. Periodic report on teams performance
7. Manage the Warehouse and logistic to send to the region
8. Ensure the Return Logistic
9. Ensure no discrepancy on consumable
10. Manage the meeting with Digicel
11. Manage and control the BI unit in order to automate the reports and provide better control on data.
12. Coordinate closely with Operation Manager to achieve the KPIs.
13. Work closely with Administration for logistic items
14. Control the stock of the client and Talkpool in PAP and in the region
15. Perform monthly audit on the regional warehouse
16. Put recommendation for Digicel or internally to TP to enhance performance.
17. Perform DPR for the employee
18. Mentor the team to the perfection
19. Identify successor


Qualifications Requises

- Good knowledge in Excell and powerpoint
- Knowledge in BI
- Leadership and coaching/mentoring skills
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills


Conditions particulières

- Diploma in Engineering
- 5 years in power management and telecom environment
- Ready to travel in the region for warehouse Audit
