Overall on-going management responsibility for the program delivery aspect of SC’s Emergency Operations in Haiti. Oversee hiring of properties and premises as required, ensure that Standard Operation Procedures are strictly followed and adhered to by all, oversee development of timely and sound proposals and budget development. Oversee approved recruitment, orientation & training; establish & implement effective personnel management systems.
