Provides the opportunity to collaborate and learn in a more systematic way and ensure that all information that is being circulated, gathered and analyzed has a central point of reference for all stakeholders. The position centers upon the following four major areas or functions: Information gathering and sharing, advocacy over market development approaches and the appropriate use of cash, capacity building and capture and disseminate learning.
