The Deputy Field Manager has responsibility for overseeing program quality and implementation in Leogane. S/he ensures that SC’s programs in the field site are carried out effectively and timely; ensures effective coordination between sectors and with sectoral leadership and fills in for the Field Manager when s/he is away from post.
