That person will be responsible to oversee the program, will define and oversee the projects needs to reach their targeted goals

1. Consolidates all the Reports from Field team and prepare them for sharing to Internal and External Customer
2. Coordinate with the Field Supervisors and Power team for Rectification Works on Hybrid
3. Interface with the Customer for Daily and Weekly Meetings related to Hybrid
4. Feedback to customer any inquiries by mail or phone calls related to Hybrid issues
5. Prepare Plan and Updates Daily Activities and send to internal and external customer
6. Follow up pending issues to Power Supervisors/Power Managers and consolidate actions
7. Follow up Spares requirement to fix the Hybrid issues
8. Analyze Hybrid Data and Statistics and recommend actions to improve the Performance
9. Review the Alarms in the RMS and discuss with the BO Support team and plan actions to resolve them
10. Answer queries from IMC and NOC related to Hybrid issues.
11. Provide required data and materials for the Hybrid Weekly or Monthly Presentation
12. Follow up the DW Top Up and Floating Mode Alarms

All other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years Work Experience on the course related to Electrical and Electronics
- Previous work related to Telecom is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications with Intermediate Excel skills.
- Good English communication in written and oral
- Worked as A Supervisor or Manager in previous companies is required
- Knowledge in Power System such as Generators and Inverters is a big advantage
- Motivated and Proactive and Team Oriented
- Strong personality and good communication skills
- Good inter personal skills and very flexible person
- Can handle high pressure demands o work and targets and deadlines

- Graduate of electro mechanic engineering or electrical engineering from reputable school in Haiti or abroad or certified electro mechanic is preferred
