Introduction

The PRODUCTION SCHEDULER manages controls and coordinates all Supply Chain Department activities related to production planning in order to provide appropriate planning for forecasted volumes to ensure availability and freshness of company’s product line to the Sales department.


Fonctions

Converts sales forecast into production plans and generate bills of materials.
Work with Raw Materials Buyer on procurement strategies to ensure that adequate availability of supply is in place with regards to raw materials.
Works to reduce the Out of Stock level to the lower percentage defined by the Management Team through better production planning and coordination with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Production departments.
Implements strategic production runs which minimize production costs while maintaining level of finished goods inventory and monitoring use of storage capacity.
Optimizes supply plans to ensure efficiencies and product availability and freshness on the market.
Works with Brew Master and Assistant Manager to set and establish brew plans based on forecasts, available capacity, and brewery limitations.
Plans with Maintenance, Quality teams to define planned downtime necessary for CIP, repairs, preventive maintenance and pest control.
Provides relevant analysis for decision making to the Planning Manager.
Fosters collaboration and creates synergies and cohesion with all the departments in the Supply Chain processes to achieve sales forecast realization.
Develops and fosters synergy between production and sales department.
Ensures appropriate TPM process application in the supplies and packaging materials delivery or import/export.
Conducts regular meetings within different shareholders within Production, Quality, Logistics, and the like.
Provides input and supports supply S&OP Meetings


Qualifications Requises

EDUCATION (MANDATORY)
1- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Economics, Management, any statistical field/industrial engineering.
2- At least 3 years in logistics, planning and/or production.
3- Experience in warehouse management

SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES (MANDATORY)
1- Good command of English, French, and Creole.
2- MSOffice, Suite, SAP, Access, C++
3- Strong Knowledge of Spreadsheets Management, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
