An international organization is looking for an M&E Officer that can integrate staff on a full-time basis.

Data analysis
• Validations and data cross-referencing of data; proper results interpretation
• Ensure data quality by verifying its uniqueness, completeness, comprehensibility, and accuracy before, during, and after the reporting periods to USAID;
• Review the progress of clinical institutions in relation to the objectives set while being involved in operations to improve their performance;
• Create validation tools and data collection guides;
Reporting
• Compile regular reports for various audiences;
• Compile for ad hoc reports for official government visits (USG and GOH), field assessments, and partner requests;
• Writing and editing of narrative and text for quarterly and annual reports;
Systems, procedures and processes
• Develop and modify protocols to ensure consistency and quality of the national M&E program;
• Master all MSPP health information system tools, including registries, forms, databases, and reports;
• Support the proper use of IT tools, including EMR (iHealth), biometric code technology, and mobile data collection;
Supervision
• Support for Regional M&E Directors (3 regions);
• Coordinate the work of the National Data Clerks;
• Visit sites for process and data audits;
• Staff coaching
o M&E standards and approaches
o Use of software and tools
o Indicators and reporting, including any changes
• Assume responsibilities of other team members as needed ;

• Graduate of a university program, preferably in public health, epidemiology, statistics, or similar
• At least five years of professional experience, with increased responsibility
• Experience in program management
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning/institutional knowledge management
• Knowledge and experience in the health field an asset
