We are looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to monitor our current operations and determine more efficient production processes. The Industrial Engineer's responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.
To be successful as an Industrial Engineer you should be able to design systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensure high product quality.

Operation Manager

- University degree in industrial engineer or management

-Prior work experience in field

-Fluent and strong communication skills in written and spoken creole and English.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization including with senior level leaders

-Management/Supervisor Experience

- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing environment

-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods

-Ability to coach and foster teamwork ; ability to galvanize team around a common goal

-Demonstrates a level of perspectives and maturity as a result of their previous life experiences

Industrial Engineer Responsibilities
• Management and Development of facility staff
• Initiate and set goals for maintaining facilities and equipment according to the strategic objectives of AGROFOODS S.A
• Supporting a healthy work environment and supporting employee’s professional growth
• Preparing engineering analysis of projects which may include a variety of complex features
• Meeting with client representatives, managing , contractors, other engineering firms, and plant personal concerning project execution and sustainability
• Execution and Coordination of divers projects
• Maintain discipline while working within project scopes, budgets and timelines
• Performing Quality Analysis/Quality Control functions as required to deliver sucessful projects
• Prepare annual program budgets in collaboration with finance director and managing directors
• Participate in the active growth of organization
• Assist in providing technical and operational support as needed
• Evaluate material handling methods for process improvements
• Evaluate material handling equipment requirement as needed
• Contribute to development or strategic planning for the organization
• Other duties as assigned
