Fonctions
Main Functions:
? Managed the day to day activities of teams in Power and Environment Department
? Plan carefully and monitor effectively the activities of the Power team performing Corrective and Preventive Maintenance on the Power Systems
? Ensure that all Hybrid Gensets in his assigned sites are working and cycling properly always running in Auto, manageable from the RMS (Remote Monitoring System) and the Fuel Sensors are working properly – note that the Hybrid gensets are the Customer Main Focus
? Provide Required Reports to the Operation Manager/Network Quality Manager essential reports such as SER/RCA Reports, PM Reports, Completion Reports, Radiator and Environment Cleaning Reports, Distilled Water Top up reports, etc.
? Closely monitor the performance of Supervisors and Field technicians
? Interface with the IMC during escalation and provide remote Technical support to Supervisors and Field technicians during Major and pro-long outages
? Provide On-site Technical Support to the Field team when required
Sub-Functions:
? Reports to Operation Manager and interact with the Network Quality Manager for all Performance issues in the network
? Manage the Spare Parts and Consumables assigned to teams, follow up from Supervisors the updates and status until the Spares are used and required completion reports and reverse logistics are done
? Maintain Spare Parts and Consumables minimum requirement and follow up requirement
? Maintain Site Power Records for all assigned sites such as PM Records, Genset Status, known issues at site etc.
? Maintain Tracker of all Major Activities such as Radiator Cleaning, Spare Parts Replacement, Environment Cleaning, Solar PM, Distilled Water Top up among others that are required.
? Ensuring that the teams are following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) such as: Site Access and Exits Procedure, wearing proper PPEs, Hybrid Status before and after Intervention, etc.
? Monitor and coordinate Field Team requirement on Petty Cash, Vehicles and Tools.
? Prepare proposal to fix site Power and Environment issues including the Fuel Lines.
? Perform random technical visits on site to verify the quality and performance of Field team
? Attend Internal Operations Meeting and if required in Customer Meetings
? Manage the budget of the department by ensuring cost effective means and maintaining the site properly to avoid repeated visits
? Follow Proper Escalation Procedure
Qualifications Requises
Background in Telecom Power System or related field
Bachelor Degree Required
PMP or MBA is advantage
