SFF seeks an ambitious, determined Financial Controller to join the team. This leadership role oversees the Strategic planning, the treasury management within the Finance Department. The Controller, manages the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external reports, analyzes accounting and internal control systems, and guides departmental staff. Under the direct supervision of CFO, the controller will have the following Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Strategic Planning/Budgeting
? Supports the establishment and execution of funding programs (debt and equity) required by the business, including negotiating financing instruments (debt and equity), and maintaining the required financial arrangements
Management/ Financial /Regulatory Reporting
? Supports the CFO in improving key business processes and systems for internal management reports in close cooperation with the IT department
Treasury Management
- Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals
- Assists in capital structuring, forecasting of future interest and foreign exchange rates decision making process.
- Manage the foreign currency risk, and the exchange rate risks
- Ensures timely collection and repayment from both insider and third party
- Plan and source SFF’ short, medium- and long-term funding needs
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and initiate negotiations on funding needs
- Allocate liquidity throughout SFF's operations
- Drive SFF's capital planning process
- Orchestrate the asset/liability committee
Internal and External audits
Manage internal and external audits in close cooperation with the CFO

BA/BS in Finance, concentration in Banking preferred.

? Proven professional experience in running a Treasury function of a bank
? Knowledge and experience in the preparation of financial statements according to IFRS
? knowledge and experience on processes in the finance department of a bank
? knowledge and understanding of banking regulations and external reporting requirements for banks and microfinance institutions in Haiti
? Demonstrated desire to add significant value within an environment with great growth potential

? Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis
