This position is exciting, fast-paced and serves as the hub of our flight operations. Duties consist of communications with various hospitals, physicians,
Nurses, and others. Requests for helicopter transport of critically sick individuals are accepted. Hospitals must be contacted and acceptance of the
patient is arranged. Security and ambulance transport is arranged, and the helicopter dispatched. Communication and tracking of the helicopter while
In flight is a key duty to assure safety.

• English is the official language of all aviation and therefore our operations, excellent fluency is required.
• Must be fluent in reading and writing of English, Kreyol and French; Spanish a plus
• Must be able to multi-task and remain calm in complex emergency situations
• Excellent typing and computer skills required (Word, Excel, and other web-based programs)
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to complete tasks correctly and consistency without oversite.
• Dedicated professionalism while working independently
• US visa is a plus for travel for training and education
• Excellent phone and radio communication skills is a must

This position is supervised by the Program Director. It is based in Port-au-Prince.
