Through these efforts, Acceso Haiti has aggregated, tested, and delivered over 1,300 MT of peanuts to dozens of buyers, and served as a critical, value-creating intermediary between smallholder farmers, domestic and international buyers, and numerous organizations in Haiti.

I. Position Description
The Consultant, Financial Reporting & Systems will support deployment of new financial and data management systems, streamline reporting procedures and content, support financial planning and complete ongoing financial and operational performance analysis and audits for Acceso’s agribusiness in Haiti, Acceso Haiti. The Consultant, Financial Reporting & Systems will work directly with Acceso agribusiness managers, finance teams and operations teams and report to the Associate Director, Agribusiness.

II. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Systems deployment
- Support deployment of new financial and data management systems;
- Analyze operations and financial procedures and make recommendations for improvements;
- Support migration of summary data from current systems to new systems;
- Support and troubleshoot data input sources;
- Improve operations reporting and accounting efficiency and transparency;
- Integrate annual, monthly and weekly targets into accounting and data systems;
- Develop and train business teams on dashboards and other performance visualization tools.

Reporting
- Support development and use of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages against targets;
- Support implementation of new reporting procedures and packages;
- Streamline data migration and mapping from financial and data management systems to reporting packages;
- Assess accounting teams and make recommendations to assure all local tax and other required reporting is completed on time.

Financial analysis
- Analyze operational and financial performance;
- Make targeted and data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase sales and impact;
- Make revisions to financial procedures based on analysis and adjust reporting to incorporate new focus areas;
- Audit operations to ensure accuracy of reports and system data and make recommendations for improvements.

III. Education, Work Experience & Languages
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting and/or systems deployment;
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics (Master’s degree preferred);
- Experience working in audit or financial consulting;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and business sense;
- Self-starter and driven problem solver;
- Passion and commitment to social impact and improving the lives of poor farmers;
- Advanced user of MS Office Suite applications;
- Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and/or FarmForce or other ERPs, databases and dashboarding tools;
- Oral and written fluency in English, French and Haitian Creole.

Location: Port-au-Prince, Haiti
Contract: Three-month consultant contract with possible extension
Travel: 25% local travel
