Introduction
In partnership with the Ministry of Health and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), ICAP will conduct a Population-based HIV impact assessment (PSA) to estimate the population –level impact of the national HIV prevention, care and treatment programs in Haiti. The goal of this project, called PSA, is to identify the national level key HIV-related outcomes, including HIV incidence, HIV prevalence and HIV viral load suppression, as well as prevalence of high-risk behaviors and uptake of HIV-related services. The objective of PSA is to measure the reach of the country’s HIV prevention, care and treatment services, guide policy and set funding.
Fonctions
ICAP Haiti seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Regional Program Manager for an upcoming US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)-funded HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment project focused on the West, North, and Artibonite regions of Haiti. This project aims to reduce the number of new HIV infections and other sexually transmitted infections among beneficiary communities and to support the continuum of care and treatment for people living with HIV in PEPFAR-supported regions in Haiti. The Regional Program Manager will operate under the leadership of the Technical Advisor and is responsible for the overall management and operations in regional sites supported through this program.
