Senior Finance Manager

• BSC in Accounting and Financial Management or related field
• 8-10 years’ experience in Accounting and Financial Management or related field
• At least 5 years at the supervisory or management level
• Professional certification in Accounting and Financial Management
• Working knowledge of computer capabilities and related information systems
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must be fluent in French, English and Creole.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must be a good decision-maker, devise solutions to complex problems, present them in a clear and concise manner and, when necessary, be able to organize teams to resolve problems.
• Must be assertive, flexible, reliable, willing and capable to share technical knowledge and expertise with the members of the organization.
• Must be a visible team leader. S/He must understand the needs of his/her staff and be able to balance the ‘people’ concerns with those of the organization. S/He must be a visionary in order to ‘grow’ the staff and by extension the organization
